Noor means light—a reflection of insight, clarity, and growth.
Sara Sanobari, LMFT created Noor Healing Collective with the belief that healing is both deeply personal and inherently collective. While every individual’s path is unique, healing is often shaped through connection—through our relationships, experiences, communities, and the ways we come to understand ourselves in the context of the world around us.
At Noor Healing Collective, therapy honors the understanding that there is no single path, timeline, or definition of healing. Meaningful change happens when care is individualized while also recognizing that people do not heal in isolation.
Sara’s approach integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while tailoring treatment to each client’s experiences, values, and goals. Therapy may involve developing insight, building practical coping tools, strengthening emotional awareness, and creating sustainable change that feels authentic to each person’s life.
For the past eight years, Sara has worked throughout various mental health settings and has had the privilege of supporting individuals through moments of transition, uncertainty, grief, growth, and rediscovery. These experiences reinforced her belief that while every story is different, the desire to feel understood, supported, and connected is universal.
Whether clients are navigating anxiety, relationships, burnout, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves, Noor Healing Collective offers a space for reflection, clarity, and meaningful growth.
Healing may be personal—but it was never meant to happen alone.
